Coaching starts with an initial "good fit call." This is a complimentary conversation between us where we will have the opportunity to learn more about each other and determine if we are a good fit to move forward with coaching together.
Meeting in person is ideal, but not necessary for effective coaching. We will schedule sessions ahead of time and base our time and location off of what works best for us.
The frequency of how often we meet is dependent on the specific needs of the person. This will be established during our initial conversation and may adjust based on our lives' schedules and the progress being made.
Our wellness coaching program is focused on four solutions-oriented pillars: vision, mindset, lifestyle, and environment. Personal coaching sessions involve writing activities, conversations, questions and other creative outlets in order to review these four facets as it relates to each unique individual.
