This book is true to what it says it provides, however, the main benefit I received was life changing. This book gave me permission to ask questions about the world I knew. Once I started asking questions, there was no way to look back. I highly recommend this book if you want help creating healthy daily routines, and to weigh the information against your own in order to open the possibility of discovering something you didn't know.
This highly popular podcast changed everything I thought I knew about nutrition, sleep, fat loss and wellness in general. If you are looking for answers to why traditional diets, medicine, fat loss protocols, and supplements don't work, check out Shawn's podcast. If your experience is anything like mine, your world view will change as it relates to the health, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
This booked helped me understand why the world seemed to hate men, and how that isn't true. It helped clarify what is likely going on with terms like "toxic masculinity" and why they exist. Finally, it helped provide me with information I am able to use to navigate being the kind of man the world needs right now and what that looks like. I recommend this book for men and women who would like clarity on what the difference is between Patriarchy and Masculinity and how we still need each other to thrive.
I discovered the incredible power of breathwork through the Wim Hof method. Wim's method takes you through a series of breathing circuits that, by the end, turn your senses into superpowers and slows time down. I use this method primarily to calm my mind, ground, and meditate. I started with the free version of the Wim Hof app which gets you familiar with the technique. Nowadays, I use Spotify to play the Wim Hof method and follow along. If you want to dive deeper into Wim's work you can get the full version of the app, read his book, or attend an event he hosts.
Do you like science? I have become inspired through Dr. Huberman's work because I love learning more about what exactly is going on with various aspects of our bodies and our health. He does a great job of breaking subjects down in simple fashion so complex topics are more easily understood. The start of my inspiration was a YouTube video he made about morning routines and science around the hormones affecting our sleeping and waking cycles. This one video actually helped me figure out coffee was contributing to my experience of daily afternoon slows. Do you want to know why? Here is a link to that video. I also recommend checking out Dr. Huberman's podcast The Huberman Lab.

I am still learning lots of Dr. Jack Kruse's available information. Regardless of my infancy with his info, the small amount I have absorbed rings true like a bell in my body. He has inspired me to learn, think and do more with light. Including red light from sunrise, why UV is amazing for our health, and how light waves can assist with fat loss. I recommend starting where I started which was the following three podcasts to get inspired:
